Collecting Materials from the college
To collect any materials or equipment that you need to collect from college, we have created a booking page so you can request a slot to come and pick up your materials in a safe socially distanced manner.
Please sign in at reception and follow all the signs and observe the rules during your visit for your safety and the safety of everyone in the building.
Sanitisers and wipes are available in all areas. Social distancing applies at all times. When moving around campus, or where social distancing is not an option, you must wear a face covering unless exempt.

Each slot is 20 minutes, with only one person allowed at a time. Please select the room associated with your department or campus (see dropdown menu below).
The slots are available between 9 am through to 4 pm. Monday to Friday.
Use the form below to request an available slot – this will then be reviewed and confirmed by reception.
