Account Creation

You can create an account using your own personal email address or your Facebook account.

✅ Use your own email – not your school one (you’ll lose it when you leave) and not a parent/guardian’s (so your details don’t get mixed up – especially if they’ve studied here before!).

No email yet? You or your parent/guardian can set one up for free with Gmail or Outlook in minutes.

💡 If you get an error, you might already have an account from a previous application – just use the Forgotten Password link to reset it.

📨 If you ever lose access to the email you used to apply, drop us a line at admissions@dumgal.ac.uk so we can help.

What do I need?

Before you start your application, it’s handy to have:

  • Your School Details
  • Previous Qualifications & pending qualification information.
  • Your passport / visa (if outside the EU)
  • Your Scottish Candidate Number (if you have one)
  • Your previous Student ID number (if you have one)

No stress if you don’t have everything right away – you can save your application and finish it later.

🎓 Studied with us before? You can get copies of your previous qualifications or certificates by emailing Student Records at sturec@dumgal.ac.uk.
