If you encounter a technical issue for example you can’t login and you cannot solve it using the guides below please send an email to digitalservices@dumgal.ac.uk. In order to help you as quickly as we can please also include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your 7 digit Student ID
  • The name of the service you are having an issue with
  • A description of the issue with as much information as you can add including any error messages or steps to replicate. 

Any issues related to Course Content should be raised with your Course Tutor.
