Performance Team
The main function of the Performance Team is to identify and promote quality improvement and enhancement and support is provided on a daily basis for staff and students for various quality initiatives, including approvals and moderation and class rep and executive training. The Performance Manager is also centre contact for all awarding bodies and acts as SQA Co-ordinator.
As part of the Comments and Complaints Procedure students can now use the link `have your say` to submit comments online. All comments go directly to the Performance Manager who passes these comments to the appropriate college manager for action.
Performance Staff assist the Student Association with election of executive positions, including the post of President. They also support various campaigns, for example, Health Week, Equalities Week, Citizenship Week.
The Performance Team can be located in Room 2091 at Dumfries Campus and Room G35 at Stranraer Campus.
Meet the Team
The Performance Team is managed by Kate Glendye, Performance Manager. Other members of the team include one Performance Officer, one part-time Performance Administrator and one part-time member of staff who supports the Student Association at Stranraer Campus.
